Dangerous Doctors
EP 89
If you weren’t afraid of doctors before, this episode may just unlock a new fear.
Known as one of the most respected doctors in Britain, Harold Shipman seemed to have an overwhelming number of patients who trusted their life with him. But, when a fellow doctor noticed Harold had an odd number of people who died under his care, they started to discover that maybe Harold was not to be trusted.
Rolling Hills Asylum used to be the site of a poor farm, an orphanage, a lunatic asylum, center for the criminally insane…and a shopping mall? We know NO asylum story is ever a good one but when you add all these aspects under one roof- along with all the awful methods of “rehabilitation”- it’s going to make you question humanity.
